Anna Rawson
Anna started her career in the field when she was 23 years old. Anna has had great success from the beginning. Anna's life was forever changed through a traumatic event that occurred when she was young. She took up the hobby of golf in order to enjoy quality time together with her brother and dad. Anna, who was only 16 years old at the time, began her modeling career when she reached the finals of Dolly Magazines' cover contest. Anna has been modeling since then. But there is more than what meets the eye. Beyond her modeling career Anna is a highly accomplished businesswoman and entrepreneur who co-founded her own food company Seedlyfe which is a superfood brand that has nutrient density. Anna and her younger brother Willy Rawson were raised by their father after experiencing the loss of her mother around the age of four. Dianna Rawson, Anna's mother and father separated in the year Anna was still a baby. The divorce resulted in Dianna spiraling into extreme depression. Dianna Rawson sought treatment and was sent to a mental institution. She then took her own life when Anna was only 5 years older, putting Anna as well as her family members devastated. As a result, Anna faced a rough childhood growing up. She was forced to learn to the new norm of living without her mother, a pain every child shouldn't have to go through. Her father Jim however was a great supporter and a person to who she became extremely close. Jim Rawson played football in Glenelg and also shared his enthusiasm for the sport with Anna. Anna admitted that the only reason for taking up golf after the death of her mother was to be more close to her father. Then, she realized that she was a fan. (The cute golfers certainly did help!) Anna utilized the game as a way to deal with stress when she was feeling particularly down about her mother's passing which helped improve her game and eventually allowed her passion to grow into a full-time job. This is a dream. Rawson finished her education in her home, after she attended St. Martin Boarding School. Anna acknowledges that her decision on which university to go to was made based on ignorance rather than logic. Though she had numerous acceptance offers from the top universities, like Yale as well as Harvard University Immanuel College was chosen due to its better climate. Anna was accepted, following her visit in the Immanuel school in Southern Australia then went on to pursue her studies in The University of Southern California. Anna was awarded an All-Pac 10 award three different occasions. Talk about beauty and brains! She received her BA in Communications from Southern California and continued to study, eventually earning an MBA from Columbia Business School.
